Thanks for your interest in Great Basin Antique Machinery Association. You must share our interest in antique
machinery of all kinds. We are a group of men and women who are dedicated to the collecting and preservation of antique machinery,
and rural crafts in Northern Utah. Most of our members live in Davis, Weber, and Box Elder Counties.
We routinely show at county fairs, city celebrations, and try to host at least one show of our own each year. At these
shows our members may display, steam engines, gas and kerosene engines, threshing, binding, corn chopping, black smithing,
grain grinding and milling, rope-making, and wheelwright work. Most of these displays are active working displays.
We are a branch of the Early Day Gas Engine and Tractor Association, a national organization that provides us with
safety guidelines, insurance, and a network for the more than a hundred such organizations, and thousands of members across
the country.
If you collect, restore, or just enjoy old equipment, or appreciate a simpler time we would enjoy having you as a
member. A short application is enclosed along with all of our contact information. Please don't hesitate to call, ask a member,
or write for more information.
